Glycerol Tristearate
- It is hydrogenated, decolored and refined vegetable oil mainly used in the production of emulsified foodstuff,cakes, cosmetics of frosting and ointment types, toilet soap, shampoo, as well as candles. Also used in producing auxiliaries for textile and leatherworking industries. It is used as an emulsifier, lubricant and as matrix material for ointments in the medical industry.
Application:
- Used as food additives, PVC & PE lubricants or plastic additives. Especially suitable for EPS resin coating as lubricant and anti-caking agent shown as below:
- The melting process and melting strength of the pre-expanded particles can be controlled during the injection molding process;
- Reduce the cooling time and cycling time of the injection molding process;
- Improve the peeling performance.
- Provides lubricating effect in extrusion process
- Smooth and shiny surface on the end product
